How do I check the status of my order or shipping tracking?
If you're not sure whether or not your order has been shipped, check the status of your recent orders in Your Profile. We send an email to you as soon as your order has been shipped with the carrier information and tracking information. You may use the linked tracking in that shipping confirmation email to track your shipment.
When will my order ship from Perfect Memorials?
Reference the Availability Message of the product(s) on your order to determine how long they take to process before shipment. The Availability Message can be found on the product page, it is the first information listed within the product information section. Who will deliver my order and how quickly will I receive it?
We utilize various shipping carrier for the delivery of your order including DHL, FedEx and UPS. Depending on the delivery service you choose for your order at check out and when considering any additional time required for order personalization, the timeframe for your delivery will vary. Refer to the product Availibility message within the product listing to check for the timeframe personalization for your product(s) will take and see below for basic information on our delivery services.
What is the free shipping policy at Perfect Memorials?
Free shipping is not available for Canadian deliveries at this time.
Can I get my order delivered on a weekend?
Although a carrier may deliver an order on a weekend, we do not guarantee this service and we do not have a dediated Saturday delivery service available at this time.
Does Perfect Memorials have shipping worldwide?
If you are shopping for an order to be delivered within the United States please visit our dedicated US site HERE.
If you are shopping from elsewhere, we encourage you to check out our eBay store where we ship internationally to many countries. Refer to the 'Shipping & Payments' tab within the eBay listing to see if we are able to ship to you.
Will my order ship the same day my order is placed?
Some orders placed before 12:00pm Central Standard Time may ship same-day. If custom options are chosen (engraving, etc.) also consider the Availibility message of the product(s) on your order to determine how long they will take to process before shipment. If you would like to arrange for expedited shipping or confirm the likelihood of a same-day shipment, please contact a customer care representative and we are happy to assist.
A part of my order is missing from my shipment. What do I do?
With the exception or solid gold and platinum jewelry, all items on your order should ship together. Be mindful that engraved plaques are genrrally not adhered to your urn or memorial prior to shipment and will be enclosed within your shipping box in a protective folder or envelope. It is important to look through all boxes and packing materials to ensure the missing items are not hidden. If you are missing an item, please contact a customer care representative.
My order was damaged in shipping. What should I do?
If your order was damaged in shipping, please save all packing materials and containters. It is very important you keep these materials for shipping claims to be made if needed. Please contact a customer care representative and we will arrange to have a replacement sent out as soon as possible. All damaged shipments must be reported within 24 hours of package delivery.
