I wasn't sure if the picture I gave would come out good but OMG! They did such a great job! It's perfect! Every detail is perfect! The heart container itself is really nice...not too big or small. I'm looking to purchase a few more for my family members. The customer service techs are so accommodating and very on top of everything. If the picture isn't going to come out good they let you know before production so you can give them a better picture. I really love this piece of art/urn! I Highly recommend Perfect Memorials! -

Just received the Heart urn yesterday from the crematory. Although I had seen pictures, I am just now seeing it for the first time. It is larger than most keepsake urns. The picture is really nice. Production was really fast.
