Can I use a coupon on my order?

Coupons can be applied to most orders with Perfect Memorials. Some exclusions do apply:

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with quantity discounts.
  • Cannot be combined with any other coupons or offers.
  • Cannot be applied to coupon resistant products. These products will have an image in their description indicating that they are coupon resistant.
 
How do I place an order with Perfect Memorials?

We offer several convenient ways to place orders. A majority of our orders are done directly through our secure website. Ordering by phone can also be done by dialing 1-952-934-6393.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed as soon as we receive them. Most products are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Our shipping service will usually take around 5-14 business days.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once an order has been placed changes cannot be made online. If you need to change your order please contact a customer care representative immediately for assistance. Personalized items that been completed cannot be cancelled. What shipping carrier will deliver my order?
