What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express), PayPal, PayPal Credit, Amazon Pay and Afterpay
Will I be charged sales tax when I purchase from your website?
Perfect Memorials does not charge you sales tax but you will be responsible for any import fees including duties and taxes prior to delivery.

Can I use a coupon on my order?
Coupons can be applied to most orders with Perfect Memorials. Some exclusions do apply:
- Cannot be used in conjunction with quantity discounts
- Cannot be combine with any other coupons or offers
Coupons are void where prohibited, are not redeemable or cash and have no face value. Discounts can be used to lower the price of the product and personalization but cannot be applied to shipping or any other charges. Promotional savings may be deducted from returns or refunds.
How long will it take to receive my order and who will deliver it?
Orders are processed as soon as we receive them during regular business hours. Most products ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Can I make changes to my order?
Once an order has been placed, orders cannot be made online. If you need to change your order please contact a customer care representative immediately for assistance. Personalized items that have been completed cannot be changed or cancelled.
